Some important informations to make your shopping more comfortable.

Create your client account
We suggest to create a personal account (see upper right side).
We will connect your personal account to a specific profession group with special prices and conditions.

Discounts and prices
During registration process to create your account, you may mention your profession (e.g. by using the field “company”).
On bases of the profession you will take advantage of special prices and discounts.
After your registration you will be able to buy products immediately, but it may take some day until you are connected to your professional group and until you will get your special prices. We will send an e mail to you, once your account is activated in your correct client group.

Collect Bonus points
Once logged into your account you collect Bonus points for any order. 

Payment
You may use Paypal (credit card) as payment system or EU banc transfer (Swiss clients, please use SEPA modality)

Shipping & Delivery
dr.zippelius srl ships worldwide by DHL. EU International Shipping Rates are according to weight and country
 from 4.75 to 12,50 Euro (without VAT).
​For most countries: Free shipping for orders over 100 Euro (without VAT).  Normally your order will be delivered within ca. 4-5 working days.
We deliver also directly to your patients/clients. Simply change deliver and invoice address during the order process. The different patient/client addresses will be saved in your account for future orders.
